Hong Kong Snapshot (111) Sham Shui po, the treasure of HK local culture 香港隨拍(111) 深水埗，香港的文化瑰寶

In 2017, I shared a photo of Sham Shui Po, HK in steemit. I described it as the real local night view of HK.
2017年，我曾經分享了一張深水埗的照片，當時我把深水埗形容為香港真正的本土夜景。

Last month, I visited Sham Shui Po again. At the same location, the view had already changed a little bit. New buildings are rising up.
上個月，我再次來到了這個地方，在同一地點拍攝了一張照片。可惜的是，這景色已有一點不同，有幾座新的高樓出現了。

Sham Shui Po is a district of HK locals. It is one of the poorest districts in Hong Kong. It is one of the oldest area of Hong Kong. And it offers you experiences that you cannot found in anywhere else. I can say Sham Shui Po is the treasure of Hong Kong culture.
深水埗是香港真正的道地之所。它是香港最窮的地區之一，它也是香港最古老的地方之一，但它能讓你體驗到你在其他地方不能體驗的地方。深水埗，可說是香港文化留存的瑰寶。

Facing the development of Hong Kong, Sham Shui Po is losing its feature and so I want to tell you more about Sham Shui Po before it becomes a district of only skyscrapers and shopping malls.
面臨著城市的發展，深水埗也在慢慢失到它的味道。所以我想在它變成只有高樓大廈和商場之前，為大家介紹一下這裡的地方。

If you are foodie, don’t miss Sham Shui Po. There are around 10 Michelin-recommended restaurant and snacks in Sham Shui Po which only cost you around US$7.
如果你愛好飲食，不要錯過深水埗。這裡有大約十間米其林推介餐廳及街頭小吃。香港的街頭小吃不是只有雞蛋仔和蛋撻的，在深水埗，我們能見到更多。

If you are designers or craftsmen, don’t miss Sham Shui Po. It is the heart of HK’s textile materials which are very cheap. A yard of fabric can only cost US$2-3. In Sham Shui Po, we have Bead Street, Button Street, Leather Street and Ribbon Street.
如果你是手工藝創作家，衣服設計師，你更不要錯過深水埗。深水埗是香港紡織物料的心臟地帶，更十分便宜，一匹布都只是十多元港幣。基隆街、汝州街一帶更有著珠仔街、鈕扣街、皮革街、花邊街等稱號，你可想像這裡賣的是什麼。

If you are movie lovers, don’t miss Sham Shui Po. Sham Shui Po has played a starring role in HK famous films like Infernal Affair, A Simple Life, The Grandmaster and also Hollywood films Transformers 4 and Ghost in the Shell.
如你愛好電影，就更不能錯過深水埗了。深水埗是不少電影的取景地，如一代宗師、桃姐、無間道。無間道1中梁朝偉一開始在聽《是誰》的那家唱片店就是在深水埗，就連荷李活電影變形金剛及攻殻機動隊也是在深水埗取景。

我在之後會慢慢介紹深水埗的各個景點，但給我一點時間去拍照，哈哈。
