Oh it's difficult haha. The Chinese terms are different in differnt places~
Boiled Dry Squid should be 燙烏賊/燙花枝 in Taiwan, I am not sure haha
Extra Roll is 雞卷
and Deep Fried Everything.... I really do not know how's it called in Taiwan XD
Lu Rou Fan is 滷肉飯!
