Soi 38 wanton nooldle was 3km away and opposite from the direction of Terminal 21 mall, we were going from the hotel. After walking around nearby, came a to street with many food stores. Particularly, quite a few Indian restaurants some of which said they are authentic Indian but one which states that also said they have Chinese food. So, go figure.
🎶Meanwhile, some music for you to enjoy as you read. This piece is part of Vivaldi’s The Four Seasons, particular the first of the 4 violin concertos, called Spring.

Anyway, there is this Thai food place across the small street, Krua Khun Puk, which looks local enough and we decided to have a quick late lunch there. It was near enough to the Hyatt Regency Hotel which we were staying at then.
Inside was quite crowded with what looks like a mix of local and foreign patrons.
We sat outside just next to the WIFI password. :-)
Our first dose of Thai Milk Tea came. A rather small cup but cheap and nice.
We shared a bowl of braised pork noodle which was good too.
We also had our first dose of mango glutinous rice there which I'll miss. This convenient local place should be a good option if you are in the Sukhumvit area in Bangkok. Cheap and good.
