Destination: Cordis Hotel. Taxi ride cost from Lantau Island was $199. More than 21km in 21 minutes.
目的地：康得思酒店。从大屿山搭的士$19。21分钟穿越超过21公里。
The more expensive room we had gave us access to the club lounge where we can get free food all day but we won't be needing all of that since we would be out quite often. Of course free wifi was welcome but we won't need the free laundry for 3 piece of garments.

Was late and were hungry. Quickly went to check in and to the room to drop off our stuff as we were hungry for dinner.

Yes, it was up on 33rd floor. My lady choose this hotel then because it was relatively new. Actually, I think it was more like remake after a change of owner.

Quickly, checked the nice bathroom which has shower, bath tub and supplies.

The king size bed was inviting but we needed food more than sleep.

Even from this angle. Nice, they put one pair of slippers by the side of the bed already.

TV screen was big enough ...

Below the TV, we have the power sockets and connections to the TV. How convenient.

By the side of the bed, they have a radio clock and what they called a "handy phone" which is a smartphone for you to take out to make phone calls and acess internet with 3G. Brilliant.
在床边，有一个收音机时钟，还有个他们称之为“便携式电话”，这是一个手机供你打电话和3G上网。超方便。

Out for dinner. Went to the club lounge but no interesting food by then.

Down to the ground floor and asked some guy recommendation of where to eat at that hour. Not not this taiji guy but some guy working in the hotel.
下楼去，问了位仁兄在那个时间吃有什么提议。 不是问这个太极拳家伙，而是一些在酒店工作的人。
A nice hotel. I was happy to stay there overall though these photos were just the start of the experience there.
一个不错的酒店。 虽然这些照片只是那里的经历的开始，但我很高兴能住在那里。
