Today I want to present to you the third day of my travel in the Stolowe Mountains in Poland. After two days that I was already hiking through quite nebular and wet and rainy mountains, an adventure that I really really enjoyed, I decided to visit Skalne Grzyby, an large forest area in the Stolowe Mountains National Park that is about 2x2 km large and features some amazing rocks and boulders that were shaped over the ages into very beautiful and really amazing mushroom like formations.
Heute möchte ich euch meinen dritten Reisetag im polnischen Heuscheuergebierge vorstellen. Nach zwei Tagen des Wanderns durch neblige und verregnete Berge, ein Abenteuer das ich wirklich genossen habe, habe ich mich dazu entschlossen die Skalne Grzyby zu besuchen. Dieses Gebiet ist in etwa 2x2 km groß ist und bietet erstaunliche Felsen, die zu wunderschönen und wirklich erstaunlichen pilzartigen Gebilden geformt wurden.
The first three rocks that I present to you in this travel post show an unbelievable similarity to actual mushrooms and I was really astonished by that view I had. I already saw sleeping dragons, sitting apes, human heads and a tasty pierogi out of sandstone on my first day in Szczeliniec Wielki, but those mushrooms rock are really magical.
Die ersten drei Felsen haben eine unglaubliche Ähnlichkeit mit echten Pilzen und ich war wirklich erstaunt über diesen Anblick. Ich habe bereits Drachen, Affen, menschliche Köpfe und ein Pierogi aus Sandstein gesehen, aber diese Pilze sind wirklich magisch.
They are some more nice petrified mushrooms out there in the area of Skalne Grzyby, but also there are some trails located in that region most of them are quite well hidden in the forrest. Especially the first one I showed was really hard to find, and I only was able to find him by a coinsident, but nevertheless it is my absolute favorite in this area.
Es gibt dort sicherlich noch mehr versteinerte Pilze, aber obwohl es Wanderpfade in dieser Region gibt, sind die meisten von ihnen ziemlich gut im Wald versteckt. Insbesonders der erste war sehr schwer zu finden und ich habe ihn nur durch Zufall gefunden, aber er ist mein absoluter Favorit in diesem Gebiet.
