EXPLORING A REMOTE VILLAGE DURING MONSOON DAYS

EXPLORING A REMOTE VILLAGE DURING MONSOON DAYS

June 2019 · 3 min read · Kerala

Dear Friends,

Hanging bridges are very rare and in my state few are available but one of those bridge, the longest one is situated in a place and the purpose of the bridge is such that during heavy monsoon which normally lasts for quite a long time the only approach for a village to the nearby city or town is through this bridge only.

As it is far away and in a hi range location a visit to this place is becomes not so common, especially when it rains. But to see this place when the area was submerged in water was one of my long pending dream.

And while I was returning from a long distance journey from the neioghboring and as I know this particular area was flooded with water I choose this route for my travel.

And please go through the story now...

It was quite warm and sunny when I left my place throughout the highway till I reached close to the hi range area
