Capitol Theathe- Singapore Book Fair 2019

It's school holiday season for both Malaysia and Singapore. It's well planned holiday as next week Wednesday will be the start of festive for Muslim Malays in both countries .

Singapore Book Fest 2019 is held in conjunction of the school holidays. Since from past experience,we know the very first weekend of school holiday , it will be huge jam at both customs between Malaysia and Singapore, this weekend we decided not to join the huge crowd for the massive jam at causeway.

Venue for the Book Fest looks unfamiliar to me -Capitol Singapore, after searching further then I realized it's the Capitol Theathe that closed for long for the renovation works and it's just opposite the City Hall MRT station.

To me , those talks organised are more attractive compared to book itself, get to meet some speaker author from overseas especially from Taiwan.

Entrance to the Capitol Theathe, they remain the external that is iconic.

The book fair main hall itself ,I find slightly small in scale .

The main exhibitor is from Taiwan publisher .

As I roamed around the book fair, I found some interesting part of this Capitol Theathe, I could go up to the upstairs seating area for better visual on this magnificent newly renovated theatre.

Indeed it's such spectacular view to enjoy any show in Capitol Theathe.

Another iconic wall at another entrance .

Personally think it very worthy to pay a visit to Singapore Book Fair 2019. Besides gaining knowledge from the talks, also get to admire the newly renovated Capitol Theathe.
