It´s our last days here in Australia before we´re going back to Bali and to Europe after. We rented out a little Holiday Apartement in Marcoola at the sunshine coast. The weather is absolutely horrible but I could not stop myself to go for a little walk this morning.
Marcoola is a nice little surfer/holiday town at the foot of Mount Coolum. This Boardwalk starts directly in front of our Apartement with a stunning view if the Mount Coolum
Apart from the beautiful view the boardwalk has not much to offer besides the typical picnic area with a bench and a barbecue.
I walked a bit further through Glen Retreat Park towards the beach. The park is beautiful and perfect for summer sunday barbecue session.
The beach is only a stone throw away and I made it there before it started to rain again. I´ve no idea who was it who gave that coast the name, but in the last 2 month I´ve seen so much rain like never before.
Anyway it was a nice morning walk even with the bad weather.
