The forest is an area overgrown with trees and places of living fauna and flora. Aceh Utara Forest is one of them, the area that is included in Leuser Ecosystem. Who would have thought in the middle of dense forest of North Aceh there are natural beauty of Waterfall Seven Bidadari.

Hutan adalah sebuah kawasan yang ditumbuhi dengan lebat oleh pepohonan dan tempat fauna dan flora berkelangsungan hidup. Hutan Aceh Utara salah satunya, kawasan yang masuk dalam Ekosistem Leuser. Siapa sangka ditengah-tengah lebatnya hutan Aceh Utara terdapat keindahan alam Air terjun Tujuh Bidadari.

Seven Angels waterfall is located in the forest of Geurudong Pase, North Aceh. The first waterfall seven Angels was found by the community who opened the land for the garden, this information directly responded by all the lovers of nature.

Air terjun Tujuh Bidadari terdapat dipedalaman hutan Geurudong Pase, Aceh Utara. Pertama sekali air terjun tujuh bidadari ditemukan oleh masyarakat yang membuka lahan untuk dijadikan kebun, informasi ini langsung direspon oleh semua penikmat alam.

Umbang Village Geurudong Pase Sub District is an access to go to the Seven Angels Waterfall and become the meeting point of every person who wants to visit. On July 13, 2016 I was with Agus, Rombeng, Ahyar, Asbun, Bolang ready to depart. After lunch at Embang Village, we immediately went on the Motorcycle. We passed a palm oil plantation that owned hundreds of hectares of a company, its route is a bit difficult because many rocks and slippery.

Desa Umbang Kecamatan Geurudong Pase merupakan akses untuk menuju ke Air terjun Tujuh Bidadari dan menjadi titik temu setiap orang yang hendak berkunjung. Tanggal 13 Juli 2016 saya bersama Agus, Rombeng, Ahyar, Asbun, Bolang sudah siap untuk berangkat. Sesudah makan siang di Desa Embang, kami langsung melanjutkan perjalanan menggunakan Sepeda Motor. Kami melewati perkebunan sawit yang ratusan hektar milik sebuah perusaahaan, rute nya agak sedikit sulit karena banyak batu dan licin.

The journey through the roads in oil palm plantations is very long, but still can use motorcycles. We pass a lot of the tributaries that empty into the River Pasee, during the dry season the tributaries are easy to pass and during the rainy season will be an obstacle for those who pass through. After taking 2 hours, we arrived at the last place that motorcycles could pass. Our vehicles are kept in the forest bushes to keep them safe.

Perjalanan melewati jalan dalam perkebunan sawit sangat panjang, tapi masih bisa menggunakan sepeda motor. Kami banyak melewati anak-anak sungai yang bermuara ke Sungai Pasee, pada saat musim kering anak-anak sungai ini mudah untuk dilewati dan pada saat musim hujan akan menjadi kendala bagi yang melewatinya. Setelah menempuh waktu selama 2 jam, kami tiba ditempat terakhir yang bisa dilalui oleh Sepeda motor. Kendaraan kami simpan di semak-semak hutan agar tetap aman.

There were about 5 tributaries we passed, after that we passed one big river and had to cross. Krueng (River) Geurutoe is the name of the river that I and my friends pass, this river is the last point for our journey. Did not feel we had walked for 5 hours to arrive there, but with joy we can trough it.

Jam 3 kami mulai berjalan dari tempat penyimpanan kendaraan, kami akan melalui anak sungai pertama yang debit airnya lumayan besar. Rute kali ini tidak ada lagi perkebunan sawit, kami akan melalui rute yang dipakai oleh masyarakat untuk mengangkut kayu dari hasil penebangan liar. Ada sekitar 5 anak sungai yang kami melewati, setelah itu kami melewati satu sungai besar dan harus menyeberang. Krueng (Sungai) Geurutoe adalah nama sungai yang akan saya dan teman-teman lewati, sungai ini titik terakhir untuk perjalanan kami. Tidak terasa kami telah berjalan selama 5 jam untuk tiba di sana, tetapi dengan sukacita kami dapat mengatasinya.

We had already crossed the Geurutoe River, it was getting dark. We had to find a place to set up camp, struggle with us when we found some community institutions that could be used as a place to live. This cottage is often also used by other visitors to be occupied. We began to get busy with each other's activities, some were looking for wood to differentiate and some forming equipment. I act as Chef again, but a simple menu typical of the forest will always be presented.

Kami sudah menyeberangi Sungai Geurutoe, hari sudah mulai gelap. Kami harus mencari tempat untuk mendirikan kemah, berjuang bersama kami saat menemukan beberapa lembaga masyarakat yang bisa dijadikan tempati. Pondok ini sering juga dimanfaatkan oleh pengunjung lain untuk ditempati. Kami mulai sibuk dengan kegiatan masing-masing, ada yang mencari kayu untuk membedakan dan ada yang membentuk perlengkapan-perlengkapan. Saya kali bertindak sebagai Koki lagi, namun menu sederhana yang khas khas hutan akan selalu tersaji.

After dinner we cleared all the gear, chatted for a while and went straight to bed. Our bodies are very tired, we have to rest so that tomorrow's journey will be more fine. On July 14, 2016, a peaceful morning in the middle of the rain forest of North Aceh. I woke up early to prepare some food and hot drinks for breakfast. After that I will go around to see the panorama around the camp.

Setelah makan malam kami membereskan semua perlengkapan, ngobrol-ngobrol sebentar dan langsung tidur. Tubuh kami sangat lelah, kami harus istirahat agar perjalanan esok akan lebih baik-baik saja. Tanggal 14 Juli 2016, pagi yang penuh kedamaian di tengah belantara hutan Aceh Utara. Saya bangun lebih cepat untuk menyiapkan beberapa makanan dan minuman hangat untuk sarapan pagi. Setelah itu saya akan berkeliling untuk melihat panorama disekitar kemah.

After breakfast, we started exploring seven angels waterfall. We will head to the waterfall and look for the base point of the waterfall.

Setelah sarapan pagi, kami mulai menjelajah Air terjun tujuh angels. Kami akan ke hulu air terjun dan mencari titik dasar dari air terjun.

We searched along the waterfalls, as in the shape of a waterline image that convinces us to keep walking to the end. We arrived in the middle of the journey, the first 7 meter waterfall we first encountered. We climbed from the side of the waterfall because the condition of the rocks contain limestone and not too steep.

Kami menelusuri sepanjang air terjun, seperti pada gambar bentuk aliran air yang meyakinkan kita untuk terus berjalan sampai ujung. Kami tiba di tengah perjalanan, air terjun setinggi 7 meter pertama kami jumpai. Kami memanjat dari samping air terjun karena kondisi bebatuannya mengandung batu kapur dan tidak terlalu terjal.

We still want to explore upstream of the waterfall, we walked along the river and even trace the river. The natural conditions along the road is very beautiful, the forest is still quite natural. As always when the journey takes place, I keep photographing some good pictures.

Kami tetap berkeinginan untuk menjelajah sampai ke hulu air terjun, kami berjalan dipinggiran sungai bahkan menelusuri sungai. Keadaan alam disepanjang jalan sangat lah indah, hutannya masih tergolong alami. Seperti biasa saat perjalanan berlangsung, saya terus memoto beberapa gambar yang bagus.

Finally we arrived at the river upstream flow of seven angels waterfall, only we were surprised because the upstream of the waterfall is from the spring. I also found a small cliff that can be used for rock climbers, in addition we also found a puddle of white water bluish. Naturally the color of his water like that, because we find a geothermal source that is still active in the water. According to estimates, there is a large geothermal point in this area. It's just that we do not know enough about this.

Akhirnya kami tiba di hulu sungai aliran air terjun tujuh angels, hanya saja kami sempat heran karena hulu dari air terjun adalah dari mata air. Saya juga sempat menemukan sebuat tebing kecil yang bisa digunakan untuk pemanjat tebing, selain itu kami juga menemukan genangan air yang berwarna putih kebiru-biruan. Wajar saja warna air nya seperti itu, karena kami menemukan sumber panas bumi yang masih aktif didalam air. Menurut perkiraan, ada titik panas bumi yang besar didaerah ini. Hanya saja kami tidak cukup pengetahuan tentang hal ini.

Our trip has made it to the top, we will go back to the camp to get ready to go home. This adventure is very impressive and very extraordinary, we made it to the Seven Angels Waterfall. The end of the journey always kept many stories, although it was different versions of the same core. We returned safely to our homes, despite the heavy journey we had taken there. Because that is what is important when doing adventure, health and safety.

Perjalanan kami sudah berhasil sampai top, kami akan kembali ke tempat berkemah untuk siap-siap pulang. Petualangan kali ini sangat mengesankan dan sangat luar biasa, kami berhasil sampai di Air terjun Tujuh Bidadari. Akhir perjalanan selalu menyimpan banyak cerita, walaupun itu berbeda-beda versi yang intinya sama. Kami kembali dengan selamat sampai dirumah masing-masing, walaupun perjalanan berat yang kami tempuh selama ke sana. Karena itulah yang penting saat melakukan petualangan, kesehatan dan keselamatan.
