| Even in places where they have machines now doing the bigger roads, you still find sweeping crews like this (probably just to keep people in work). & they don't work like in Europe, just as helpers for the road sweeper truck. They (mostly women) do this day in & day out, in Canton often at temperatures of over 30°C. | Auch in Orten, wo sie heutzutage Kehrmaschinen für die größeren Straßen einsetzen, findet man noch solche Kehrmannschaften (vermutlich als ABM). & sie fungieren nicht wie in Europa nur als Zuarbeiter für die Kehrmaschinen. | These are not street sweepers, but farmers. The concrete road was fairly new, but unused. It led to the abandoned golf course, the guard cabin was probably there to check for membership. Now that no cars needed the road, the local farmers used it to dry grain. | Hierbei handelt es sich nicht um Straßenkehrer, sondern um Farmer. Die Betonstraße war relativ neu, aber unbenutzt. Sie führte zu dem verlassenen Golfplatz, die kleine Kabine war vermutlich für die Einlaßkontrolle gedacht. | It was quite popular with some local birds, judging from the bird poo. The English inscription said SILVER MOUNTAINGOLFCLUBPRACTICEGRONUF (sic!), so the name was Silver Mountain Golf Club, in Chinese 银山高尔夫俱乐部. According to Google Maps, the golf club is actually operational again, the greens are tended to & the sand traps not overgrown anymore. | Der Vogelscheiße nach zu schließen, war die Rezeption bei Vögeln sehr beliebt. Die englische Aufschrift war leicht chinglisiert. Der Name war Silberberg-Golfclub. Google Maps zeigt, daß der Golfplatz anscheinend wieder genutzt wird, die Greens werden wieder gepflegt & die Bunker sind nicht mehr überwachsen. |
