基隆和平島閒晃 Wandering at Heping Island

It's enjoyable to take a walk with a relaxed mood after working for the whole week.
There are so many wonderful views in Keelung, including mountain and ocean.
For me who lives in the city for so long and eagers to be closer to nature, there are many benefits to moving to Keelung. In addition to breathing fresh air, I really cherish the surrounding beautiful view which brings me delighted mood all the time.

I went to Heping Island Park today. I was attracted by those iron net walls with lots of big stones. Some vines grow from the gap of stones, form a green ecological wall which looks quite romantic.

度過了忙碌的一週，帶著放鬆的心情出門散散步。

住在基隆最大的好處是要山有山，要海有海，對於我這種在都市住膩了的生物，搬到基隆除了可以每天呼吸到新鮮的空氣之外，我最珍惜的是只要往外走就可以因為四周環繞的美景帶來美麗的心情。

今天來到濱海的和平島公園，沿著海邊走，可以看到整排鐵網囚禁著許多大石，不知道是否有特別的功用。時不時還可以看到有些爬藤類植物從石縫間竄出，形成一片綠油油的生態牆，看起來還挺浪漫的。

We decided to take a walk in the late afternoon in order to avoid the strict sunshine. So I was able to catch the golden moment and took these photos.

因為怕熱，所以我們選擇了接近黃昏的時間來散步，來躲過烈陽的侵襲，也因此得以捕捉到太陽下山時的萬丈光芒。

Heping Island Park is a popular scenic spot in Keelung. You have to pay for a ticket to enter the park.
We didn't have enough time to visit the park. So we just walk outside of the park.
There is a castle in the park which we can see far away. Maybe I will find out what it is if I have a chance to enter the park next time.
It's a pity that I see a lot of garbages on the seashore outside of the park. It seems a serious environmental issue which the whole world should concern about.

和平島公園是基隆地區蠻受歡迎的風景區，進入公園需要付門票。我們來的時間比較晚，所以沒有打算進去園區。遙望園區的方向，可以看到一座城堡，或許改天有機會進入公園，可以去看看到底是什麼。
可惜的是，公園圍牆外的岸邊，看到許多令人搖頭的垃圾，這似乎是全台灣甚至全世界都覺得頭痛的環保話題。

My eyes were attracted by a yellow dog who was looking for food through the rubbish. It seemed that he didn't find anything he is interested in, so he left soon and disappeared out of my sight.

我的眼光被穿梭垃圾中覓食的大黃狗吸引。
雖然我叫貓女，其實我對於大部份的動物都很關心，不自覺就被小動物吸引。
大黃狗好像沒有找到什麼他有興趣的東西，很快就消失在我的視線之外。

I followed the yellow dog to the front door of a factory. Obviously, it was his familiar place so that he looked very relaxed.
Look at his photos, do you see his little pink tongue? So silly and cute!

跟著大黃狗的腳步，看到他來到附近的一間工廠門口，好整以暇的趴下休息，顯然是回到自己熟悉的地盤。
忍不住幫大黃狗拍幾張美照，看看他不小心露出的小舌頭，傻氣的可愛！

It's an old shipyard where the dog guard. The factory looks big but obviously has declined.

大黃狗守候的廠房是一間老舊的造船廠，廠房看起來規模不小，但顯然已經沒落。

The lovely murals were drawn by the students of elementary school. I can imagine how prosperous the factory was in the past.

牆壁上可愛的壁畫，是附近小學生的傑作，可以想見過去的廠房有多麼生氣蓬勃。

The decadent wreckage looks sad. Oppositely, the green plants beside the wall look vivid and form an interesting contrast.

頹廢的斷壁殘垣，看起來有點令人唏噓，但是牆邊油油綠綠的植物，反倒顯得更有生氣，形成一個有趣的對比。

The sky was getting dark. The golden light pours over the sea, so shining. The brushes of nature draw some colorful sunset paintings which accompanied me on my way home.

天色越來越暗，金黃的光線灑滿海面，大自然的畫筆一揮，一幅幅色彩濃烈的夕陽伴我歸畫面就陪著我踏上回家的歸途。
