This is a typical Asturian cuisine restaurant located in the very center of Cangas de Onís town (5, Angel Tarano street, Asturias), which is famous (or stands out) for its fabada (Asturian bean stew with diverse pork meat), its cachopo (large Asturian beef fillet, stuffed with Asturian cheese and serrano ham, breaded and fried) and its natural cider, poured there at the moment following the Asturian way, glass by glass, as I'll show you in one of the YouTube shorts that I'm sharing in this article.
The restaurant's menu is not too extensive but despite this, it has a certain variety of starters, meat and fish, apart from the most famous typical dishes that, together with not very high prices, make it a recommendable option in town.
They currently have a ⭐4.6 rating on Google Maps and my personal rating was ⭐4.
I ordered a bottle of natural cider and, as tradition dictates, every time you want to drink a glass you have to pour it first in the Asturian way, for which you must tell the waiter and he will come to your table and pour it for you (YouTube short):
