Eating at "Maillard" restaurant, Alicante, Alicante 🇪🇦 - Eleventh visit👍👍

As I told you previously in my First VisitSecond VisitThird VisitFourth VisitFifth VisitSixth VisitSeventh VisitEigth VisitNinth Visit and Tenth Visit, this is probably my favorite restaurant in Alicante city (4 José Gutiérrez Petén street), both because its price/quality ratio and its good fusion Asian-Mediterranean cuisine.

On this occasion I visited them before embarking on a long journey (which I am currently on) so it was a bit of a farewell and wish them well, since I didn't know if I would see them again.

Also they added again an old acclaimed dish out of menu ("Thai style scallop usuzukuri") that I didn't try before so I had to try it before leaving Spain.

They currently have a ⭐4.7 rating on Google Maps (based on 187 reviews) and my personal rating was ⭐5.

”Tinto de verano” glass (red wine with soda, lemon slices and ice cubes) + olives (€4.50).

I ordered again the white tuna (bonito) dish I liked on my last visit.

Lebanese style bonito (white tuna) marinated in ras-el-hanout and caraway on a Baba Ghanoush (Arabic eggplant paste) with pomegranate molasses, yogurt dots, tangerine sprouts and pine nuts (€21.50) (1).
