As I told you previously in my First Visit, Second Visit, Third Visit, Fourth Visit, Fifth Visit, Sixth Visit, Seventh Visit, Eigth Visit, Ninth Visit and Tenth Visit, this is probably my favorite restaurant in Alicante city (4 José Gutiérrez Petén street), both because its price/quality ratio and its good fusion Asian-Mediterranean cuisine.
On this occasion I visited them before embarking on a long journey (which I am currently on) so it was a bit of a farewell and wish them well, since I didn't know if I would see them again.
Also they added again an old acclaimed dish out of menu ("Thai style scallop usuzukuri") that I didn't try before so I had to try it before leaving Spain.
They currently have a ⭐4.7 rating on Google Maps (based on 187 reviews) and my personal rating was ⭐5.
I ordered again the white tuna (bonito) dish I liked on my last visit.
An to finish the meal, their very fresh temaki, prepared just in front of you, in a minut.
YouTube Short of Raúl Peñalver (Head Chef and owner of Maillard restaurant) preparing the tuna temaki for me and another customer just arrived to order only that before going back home from working.
