I am chatting with you (in Spanish) from the town of Orio (founded in the Middle Ages and with a great fishing and rowing tradition, that we find in Guipuzcoa, Basque Country), which receives its name because it's located right at the mouth of the river Oria, with Mount Talaimendi separating the river valley from the mouth of the Cantabrian Sea.
In the Oria estuary we can find meadows, marshes and wetlands, incorporated into the Red Natura 2000 (is a network of biodiversity conservation areas in the European Union).
I reach the Antilla beach (ideal for surfers) sheltered by the Kukuarri peak (377 m. altitude), and I head towards the breakwater, which I will show you in more detail in future videos.
Video recorded with a GoPro Hero 4 Adventure.
