Dilapidated Vologda. Moscow street

January 2020 · 2 min read

You know, sometimes I get the feeling that all the objects around us are decorations! I connect this with my dreams. In a dream we see the same places, but a little distorted, as if all the decorations were mixed. In the real world (I sometimes doubt which of the worlds is real) everything is ordered and more or less constantly. And in a dream, all objects are in free mode and can be arranged as you like. The same place in different dreams looks different, but at the same time we always know exactly what place we dreamed about. It turns out that a dream is a more developed, expanded and free world of scenery!

I have always believed and will continue to consider thought the greatest power on earth. With it, we can create our own world without any boundaries. Only in our "reality" is everything limited. As if it were some kind of blank. We were given a certain dimension and the ability to think, and then do what you want.

Moscow Street in Vologda is located on the border of 5 microdistrict and the village of Flax Factory. The dilapidated housing here is located only on a small stretch of street in the area of Strasbourg Square.

I can get a little excited about calling these houses dilapidated, but they are definitely not a few years old.

The peculiarity of these houses is that they have corner balconies.

Moreover, not all houses have such balconies, but only those that have the shape of the letter L or are located perpendicular to the street. I saw such houses in several other microdistricts of Vologda.

As in many places in the city, here, too, the edge of the roadway is separated from the sidewalk by trees. Trees can also stand behind the sidewalk.

Another old house stands on the corner of Moscow and Spinner streets.

There are places on wasteland on Moscow Street where old houses used to stand. They are already gone..
