Yarunovo. The village without electricity-2

February 2020 · 2 min read

In the village of Yarunovo there used to be more than ten houses. Currently, only three houses have been preserved. In neighboring villages the same situation.

The diesel generator is located in a small shed. In appearance, you cannot say that its contents feed three villages with electricity.

The diesel engine itself from a conventional soviet tractor has been operating properly for many years.

Funds for the supply of fuel are allocated from the district budget.

It is probably very difficult to move somewhere, having lived in one locality for more than a dozen years. Yes, even if the way of life has never changed. I thought so too, but as soon as I moved to a larger city, I changed my mind. Perhaps values just change with age.

The house is warm and comfortable, but quiet. Not enough TV sound...

There are not a dozen permanent residents in all three villages. But while people live, you need to provide them with all the benefits.

The places here are beautiful. Over the hill in the distance, the rooftops of a neighboring village are visible. Even if they draw a power line here, how long? Power engineers need consumers, and soon they will not be here at all.

On the way back, I managed to find a unique natural phenomenon - snow and sun.

Probably, where there is no civilization, the wonders of nature reign.

Life in unity with nature is a completely different world, already very far from modern man.

I have no right to give advice to whom and how to live, but for myself I have already made a choice.
