The light of Central Plaza Mall in Bangkok Thailand changed to blue right when I had a good shot of the blue tortoise lanterns put up for Chinese New Year. My escalator riding was paying off on this day
As the hidden glow lights faded into all colors of the rainbow, I was trying to catch them when
The light of Central Plaza Mall in Bangkok Thailand is ever changing, and I could ride the escalators for hours gawking at it. No shopping occurs when this show is going on.
The glowing lights change and fade in and out. Then they will suddenly pop into a new configuration and start the fading colo
Miracles do happen. I am so grateful that I won the STEEMFest Conference Fee in the @peerplays contest a couple of days ago. I found out I won when the other winner left a comment on my last STEEMFest post!
I need to leave Malaysia for these dates anyway. STEEMFest is a happy coincidence for me. Bu
I saw these, and many more blue-suited men walking briskly down the street under my Yangon Myanmar hostel balcony. The streets there are very diverse and it was strange to see so many people alike and walking with purpose.
It was especially strange to see men wearing western style pants.

They are not for me and I am looking at the light.
It changes softly and silently in waves.
And up above the moon is glowing, hard for my camera to catch.

I went out at noon in Yangon Myanmar on a very hot day in May 2018 and walked for an hour. I must have been out of my mind. It was so hot that day! These are some shots from the end of the walk and take me right back to it.
Only police and officials can ride motorcycles in the center city. I have no
I'm going to Singapore in 2 days on a bus like this.
It takes about 6 hours to get there from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia, and I like it much better than flying.

I lived in Bangkok for a couple of years and stayed in a monthly hotel in a Thai neighborhood for just over a year of that time. I pretty much just sit and work at my desk all day, but this does not mean I did not see anything while there.

When they tell you the Floating Market near Bangkok Thailand is not worth the trip they are right!
It takes and hour and a half to get there.
The taxi to get there and back is 1000 THB ($30 USD)
The admission price is 2000 THB ($60 USD)
The ONLY things to do there while trapped on the tiny boat is
This odd looking building is a museum in Singapore. It is shaped like a lotus flower or a human hand to collect light and water. My horrible photo was taken out a window of my bus while I was leaving town from my short trip to leave and re-enter Malaysia.
I have to do these trips each 90 days. Mo
Fruit is displayed in fantastic bounty at a highway rest stop in Southern Malaysia. Anyone who has suffered through disgusting rest stops in the US should be as impressed with this as I am.
The prices were not high at all. The fruit was the price I would see in Kuala Lumpur, and in some cases
I am traveling to Singapore on Monday, and found I could not buy my tickets with the banking set up I have now.
I posted a call for help on steemit last night to see if anyone would buy the tickets for me if I paid them in STEEM.
By the time I got up, I had the answer from the awesome @khimgoh. She
