Summer in the city of Valencia could easily melt you away. Escaping during the summer months into the mountains is the thing to do. Finestrat is not too far away from our home and lays in a mountain range of the Alicante Province.
Temperatures are lower but what's great, you can also enjoy the beach while being surrounded by nature. Beaches are roughly 15 minute away by car (depending on traffic)
