Find something special in Macau , Part 1

October 2019 · 2 min read · Macau

I went to Macau to join an event today! That event call Travessa do Armzem Velho Festival (爛鬼樓巡禮)!
Today is the last day , so if you are interesting on it, you may join next year, during the Hollywood period.

The event local at Old Border Gate District (關前老街), walk the road next to St. Dominic’s Church(玫瑰堂), you will find it soon!

This district is one of the Macao oldest district, many old shops here.

In order to let more people know about the old district, walk in the old district, from last year ,some organizations decide to start this event, so this year just the second year!

Many small booths here are selling some old goods, like the old copper cash, old CD, and other old things!

And also some booths selling the artistic ornaments.

I heard that some booths are selling the old food, some music show, and also can rent a chi-pao(旗袍) here to take photos in the old street , or rent a jinrikisha to feel the old style, but maybe today is the last day , many booths already closed .

If you buy things in these booths , you can get a stamp, when you collect 4 stamps in same color, can exchange a gift! The gifts include T-Shirt , umbrella, and bags.

If you don’t want to buy anything, just walk also can get many good views!
