And my never ending story of a quarantine refugee continues. Having escaped Georgia was just part one or the bigger picture I had no idea about. After the struggle in Bulgaria and Serbia, I am finally in the Schengen area. That was the main mission. Now stuck in Budapest as Hungary had the best entry policies with Serbia and other countries still require quarantine or testing on Cervezabug if one was exposed to "not safe" country in the past two weeks.
From all the possible outcomes it ended up a great place to be stucked. Budapest... The very competition to Prague, Vienna or Paris even.
So how I have managed my arrival and existence here you're asking?
Simply arrived with train almost to the city center and powered with skatepack [read backpack attached to a skateboard for an easy transportation.], I have moved to the Margaret Island. Where I have found one of the cheapest yet nicest hostels around.
My location of choice end up being brilliant. Away from the party people, which are actually not present now, but on that note later. The hostel provided me with awesome hammock on large terrace, where I could have completed my Cervezabug travel documentary and scoop for jobs from a hammock.
Just when the hottest days of the month so far arrived, I had that sorted. The island has no car policy and is an oasis of fresh air in otherwise busy city.
It's location is also very center and you're pretty much everywhere within 20 - 30 mins of walking. So let's see some real Budapest, shall we...

Soon enough, I am reaching the highest point and its time to get down to river again. Budapest has lots of view points that are worth visiting, but even just cruising around the labyrinth of narrow streets full of little shops, pubs and cafes.
