Here begins a new week, which will fly as fast as the last ... and soon there will be drinking day Friday, and as a rule, on this day most of the Korean front workers go for a walk.

The program of the party is standard. Eat, drink, still eat, still drink. In general, spree in Korea is usually divided into 3 stages, the so-called Cha .

Stage 1 is a dinner in a cafe and parallel absorption of a couple glasses of soju bottles (Korean national vodka) or other strong drinks.

In truth, this kind of party can be not only on Friday, but on any other working day, even on Monday. I worked in the same company. So our guys, I remember, once walked from Monday to Monday, and at the same time managed to come to work on time, even an hour earlier than expected, that is, by 7 o'clock.

But it is not about this now ...

Usually, in the late afternoon, a cafe opens for your doors where Korean barbecues, Samgepsal (삼겹살), are cooked. A gas is installed on the table with a special (usually cast iron, but maybe any other) tray. And on this tray, you can fry the meat yourself and immediately eat. The main menu in such cafes is meat. Pork or beef. Beef in Korea is worth its weight in gold, so if you are suddenly invited to eat beef, in no case do not refuse! :)

The meat is fried and wrapped in lettuce leaves along with rice, soy paste, garlic, kimchi, pickled onions, and all the other things on the table. In general, you can eat meat the way you like and convenient. I wrap it in lettuce leaves, put kimchis there, lightly fried and onions. Everything else I can in the process a little bit and separately already has.

The meat is selected depending on the part of the body of the pig. You can choose the breast, or closer to the legs, you can choose the ribs. In general, to your taste.

In addition to meat, they usually order some soup. In most cafes, this is a soup based on soybean paste (thvendzhanchige), or kimchi soup (kimchichige). In the summer there is still cold kuksu - naenmyon.

In Korea, there are still very popular so-called puffs, which, in our opinion, means a buffet. And there is exactly meat buffet. You pay for the entrance. And eat as much as you want. The main thing is not to leave, otherwise, you will have to pay a fine. In each such cafe, the assortment is different. There are very "poor" cafes, and there are such that the eyes run up and drooling flow, manage to catch.

And the entrance on average everywhere around 10 dollars per person. So, in my favorite cafe there is a huge assortment of meat (simple, marinated, thinly sliced, and so on), all sorts of salads, and sometimes spaghetti, which, of course, is far from Italian, but quite edible. In addition, there is some lean soup and of course rice. Where are the Koreans without rice?!

Then, merry Koreans go to 2 chha, that is, to the second stage, namely, to the noraban (karaoke bar), which is called karaoke in Russian. Therefore, if you come to Korea, you will immediately notice that every second institution is a public catering, and every third is karaoke, and bars and other establishments stand modestly between them.

Korean karaoke bars are convenient because they remove a small room, or a large one (depending on the number of people). And you can sing any songs you want, and no stranger will disturb you.

After removing stress from singing, Koreans do not disperse but go to a bar to continue the banquet. They will drink something else. Snack something like popcorn. By the way, yes, Koreans do not eat lemon or cucumbers. Their bars serve cornflakes or popcorn.

After sitting a little at the bar, and a little hungry, the company goes again for 1 hour, that is, in a cafe. And then maybe 2 chha and 3 chha ... And if the party has dragged on, then they can sleep in a local sauna for the night. Here is a standard Korean nurse plan!
