You can't start your day right without a cup of coffee!
Or at least I belive so...
Drink coffee with friends in the morning is good for health
Drinking coffee with friends in the morning is good for health because it helps to improve social interactions and the mental well-being of the drinker. It is also a good way to start the morning because it will give you a boost of energy and caffeine for your day.
Further, according to a new study by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) published in the journal The Lancet.
The research found that drinking coffee does not have a negative impact on health and can even decrease the risk of a number of diseases including liver diseases, diabetes, and some cancers.
The study found that coffee is a beverage that can be enjoyed without worry.
The coffee shop scene in Friends is now an iconic TV moment. But in the 1990s, it was a novel concept. The idea of customers sitting, socializing, and sipping coffee all morning was revolutionary.
It wasn’t just the show’s premise that was revolutionary. It was the idea of drinking coffee with friends in the morning.
This all brings us to Vietnam and the culture which is booming. I do enjoy going out for coffee with friends the morning and yesterday I enjoyed a cup of coffee with my friend @trangbaby.
We decided to meet up for a couple morning coffee at "Coffee trầm".
It is located at 29 Lưu Quang Thuận, Bắc Mỹ An, Ngũ Hành Sơn, Đà Nẵng 550000, Vietnam : https://goo.gl/maps/6zjroTLRuNWFYekM8
From the outside the coffee shop looks very mellow and to be honest I would not have been in here had not been invited, But when you walk into the door it opens up into a very traditional Vietnamese coffee shop feel, but relaxing and nice place to hang out with a friend.
There are lots of interesting elements in this place such as waterfalls and lanterns and more. These all help add to the overall Oneonta's and atmosphere of the place, the outside busy street seem to vanish when you walked inside.
The traditional construction of the roof with tiled bricks and would, also the open air construction was very nice, as opposed to the more moderate coffee shops that are all cement and glass.
There are lots of open areas as well for sunlight coming in breezes to blow through.
I ordered my usual breakfast coffee which is a latte but asked them to not use milk, but use coconut milk. This is part of the bullet diet in the morning to get your metabolism working well.
okay I also got an almond croissant for myself and @trangbaby, but the coffee was delicious.
The coffee set me back about 45,000 VND ($1.94 USD), and the Almond Croissant, 29,000 VND ($1.25 USD). So for $3.19 I had a great breakfast experience. I say, well worth it!
One thing I really appreciate about this coffee shop was the small sitting areas, I could really see people sitting here smoking a cigarette having a conversation about something that may or may not really matter, but it is a strong visual, colors in the wood. I might do a photo shoot here in the future.
They also had a lot of small objects that added to the overall feeling in subtle ways. They're nice for conversation and to look at. Such as this birdcage with Edison lightbulb.
Or these traditional lanterns from Hoi An.
Or even these plants in what looks like old Giants spittoon's
And these really funky pieces of wood that I can only imagine had come from really old trees.
Their was also this beautiful little lotus pond with small fish and a bright pink lotus growing. it was quite the pleasure to look at.
If you are in the Danang Vietnam and you are looking for a mellow coffee shop to sit at and enjoy that morning cuppa Joe with a friend, I recommend this place to be on your list.
