This is a new restaurant here that I wanted to check out. The sandwich I ordered was just over a dollar and was very delicious.
It looks nice like it is a franchise, but this is the only one. Luang Prabang is a World Heritage Site, so most franchises and corporations don't exist. It's mostly mom and pop shops here.
The prices are very good. One US dollar is worth almost nine thousand of Laos' kip.
If you were totally broke and had nothing but twenty five cents, you could at least grab a delicious piece of bread.
The sandwich was made with a fair amount of food, so I'm guessing they're making their profits from the drinks.
Do you like Italian sodas?
The owners of the shop also own a nature park and museum. I used their handouts as a background for my sandwich which was delicious.
These guys were nice enough to model for my picture from the corner of the shop.
I didn't know that you could make biodegradable plastic from bamboo and trees. Why isn't the whole world doing this?
Bamboo straws can be reused if you boil them.

The drinks are priced the same as every other shop in town though.
Thanks for checking out this little shop. I told the girls here that I spent a dollar on the sandwich, but will make $10 on this post. Now that I've said that, it's probably jinxed to make a dollar something. I don't care if it makes two cents. I had a great sandwich and a good experience. This blockchain has been one of the most positive influences in my life. TravelSteem gets me exploring my neighborhood way more than Pokemon Go ever did and the @art tag on Steemit has got me painting again. Thank you STEEM. Even if you get outdone by a newer or better social media, the lessons we learned here shall take us far!
