Today I want to take you with me to an unusual Japanese restaurant, where orders are placed in a vending machine, at the entrance. This restaurant is called "Soba&Tempura" and is located in the Shibuya district in Tokyo. The vending machine in the restaurant looks similar to our vending machines with drinks or sweets, only the selection option is much more and you can order a dish in it. It is ideal for people who are shy or who do not like to have too much contact with other people, including the waiter.
At first you can get scared, everything on the vending machine is written in Japanese.
Fortunately, next to the vending machine is a menu with English translations.
In Japanese restaurants, there is often no separate room for the kitchen, behind closed doors. Mostly chefs cook in front of customers. In this restaurant I really liked this solution and the kindness of the employees. I saw many restaurants where the "kitchen" was in the middle of the room and tables for customers were set up all around. Thus, customers are watching how their dish is created, this is an additional attraction.
In addition, you can see what ready meals look like. You do not have to guess what it will be - based on the description or a small photo from the menu.
Before entering each restaurant - there are plastic dishes in the glass case ;) Something amazing. Each dish is perfectly mapped, so that the customer can see what the restaurant has to offer.
This nice restaurant offered soba noodle soup (Juwari variety) and tempura. Soba noodles are dark, long buckwheat noodles and have a specific taste. The Juwari variety consists of 100% buckwheat flour. I didn't like it much. I ate it once again and despite many health benefits, I didn't want to eat it anymore .
It consists mainly of buckwheat flour, which contains a lot of beneficial nutrients for health. Thanks to the high content of fiber and protein, it enhances digestion, and the presence of magnesium improves muscle regeneration. It is also a rich source of B vitamins, phosphorus and zinc. Its low glycemic index is equally important for health. It lowers cholesterol, regulates blood sugar levels and has a positive effect on the cardiovascular system.

Although I liked tempura! The second element of the dishes that we ordered. Meat, vegetables and seafood fried in a delicate batter. I had a mixed set, or some vegetables - including sweet potatoes and shrimps. I could eat it almost every day ;)
