This sunset photo was taken at The Queen's Walk along the Thames River towards to giant wheel Coco Cola London Eye and Westminster Bridge. As you can see the Parliament and renovated Big Ben were behind the scene as well as the River Thames Boat Cruise. The queue for going up to this observation wheel was long. There are tons of people stroll to this location either from the Golden Jubilee Bridge, London Eye and Waterloo Bridge.

There are several locations for you to watch the breathtaking sunset in London such as Primrose Hill, Millennium Bridge, The Sky Garden and The O2.

I was in London for six days on last Jan and suppose have many days for me to admire the beautiful dusk in London. However, I was at Natural History Museum on Sunday, then Monday and Tuesday, I not at London town. I was busy shopping at Oxford Street and miss the sunset time on Wednesday.
Knowing that only left on Thursday and Friday, I decided to sacrifice my lovely York visit and bump into the train on 2 pm at the train station. It was a direct train and I arrived at King Cross Station around 415pm.

My destination is Golden Jubilee Bridge and the nearest tube station is Embarkment. There is no direct line from King Cross to Embarkment which cannot prevent to waste time for interchange. Upon arrival, I have to rush from Jubilee to South Bank of Queen's Walk. Even I might miss the golden moment, but I still manage to watch the stunning sunset from Jubilee Bridge and also from Queen's Walk.

I Love London
