This is Paris Metro (Subway).

I shot this photo on March 2017 at Concorde Metro Station Line 1 in yellow color.

Below is the story :

After enjoying illuminated Louvre at nightfall, I intend to continue my journey to Place de la Concorde. It was almost 10 pm at Paris time and I can’t find the nearest metro entrance, therefore I just stroll to Rue de Rivoli. Most of the souvenir still opened though, however, due to time constraint then I decide not hang over inside. I just walked along the street and finally reach the Tuileries Metro Station.

As I purchase the Mobilis Daily Ticket pass, I just scanned my ticket to bump into the Metro Station without queuing to purchase a ticket from the vending machine as other tourist doing. The cost of Mobilis is Euro 7,1 which you can unlimited ride any public transport in Paris which covers Metro, RER and bus.

Tuileries Metro Station is Line 1 which is yellow colour and Concorde just one station ahead. The Metro Line One is most tourist favourite line as it can access to many important attractions in Paris.

Concorde is a station on lines 1, 8 and 12 of and immediately you view the glittering light big wheel and Luxor Obelisk. This 60-meter height giant wheel was opened in November 2016.

This obelisk is more than 3000 years old Egyptian obelisk which erected on the Place de la Concorde in 1836.

I just need to cross the road from my metro exit to Place de la Concorde. If you turn right then the Madeleine within the walking distance. Seine River is on the left-hand side of the metro exit.
