This is a new place here at Elegant Hotel located at Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City. This is a good location, away from the city center. The place is cozy. They offer a wide range of choices. Aside feom food, they also have choices of drinks.
I had misgivings that the food is not good or the serving is little because how affordable the prices are. We decided on the set meal #3. This consists of rice, buffalo wings, sweet and sour fish fillet, calamares with bed of ptatoes and vegetable salad. This comes with a choice of ice tea or lemonade.
While waiting for our order, I took photos of the place.
They have a bar, a small stage and darts place. It is a nice place to hang out because of what they offer.
Our orders took about 10 minutes to arrive and it was no wonder why.
Buffalo wings is sweet and a little bit spicy.
Sweet amd sour fish fillet is a plenty seving.
Calamares is crunchy. They are on top of slices of potatoes with a dip of mayo and ketchup.
The salad is one-man serving but they are fresh with mango dressing.
Overall serving is food for 4 or 5 people. Food tastes good. It is a satisfying meal.
The staff had good customer service, making you feel welcome and at ease.

I like how they painted some parts of the place. It is a personal touch of artistry. It would be nice to come back here for a drink and enjoying jamming with the band.
Jasper Cafe is located at Hotel Elegant along Magsaysay Avenue, Baguio City just before Bell Church. They only accept cash for now.
It is not appearing on the map so I chose Hotel Elegant. Hotel Elegant is where you can find Jasper Cafe.
