Breakfast in Sorrento - Hilton Sorrento Palace (Eng)
Surely you will think that I have a lot of money because I had breakfast at the Hilton Palace in Sorrento. It is not so. the opposite is true, unfortunately :)
My brother-in-law is a tire dealer and Pirelli gave him a weekend in this luxury hotel to reward him for selling the tires.
Unfortunately my brother-in-law could not go there and he thought well of giving me this weekend.
At the entrance to the breakfast room there is a very friendly waitress who accompanies you to the table.

Breakfast is self service except coffee and cappuccino which is served at the table.

As you can see from the photo below I chose a very light breakfast :)
A croissant with cream, a chocolate croissant, three roasted sausages, roasted bacon.

It's all very tasty. Croissants with different flavors, muffins, pastries, cream and chocolate donuts, croissants ....
Photo of the author
If the croissants do not have the taste you like you can make one by choosing from eight creams (hazelnut, apricot, strawberry, red fruit, mandarin, orange, ....)

And honey?
There is not the usual jar but the little box taken from the bee hive.

The only negative note is coffee. We are in Sorrento in Campania where coffee is sacred. Coffee can easily not be taken. I do it better at my house :)

My Opinion:
Everything perfect, all tasty. A super breakfast. I took a pound of weight at every breakfast :).
The staff is welcoming and polite and very professional. All super clean.
Everything is perfect, objectively but ... you can breathe a little cold air among the customers, I prefer the less luxurious but more cheerful places ...
Thanks to my brother-in-law and thanks to Pirelli ... I don't think I can go back to a hotel like that, it is not in my financial means ... at least to receive another unexpected gift :)
Colazione a Sorrento - Hilton Sorrento Palace (ITA)

Photo of the author
E' tutto molto buono e vario.
Photo of the author

Tutto perfetto, tutto gustoso.
