Hello guys!

I love to travel so much and I think journeys and our possibility to travel are one of the most fantastic things in our life. When we travel we can learn a lot of new and interesting facts about country, about people who live there and about their history, culture and lifestyle.

Today I want to share some information about my latest trip to Paris. It was in September 2019, but my memories still so fresh and bright. I love this city so much and I’ve visited it dozens time. And you know, every time when you visit Paris you can rediscover it and find something new.

In Paris you can find a huge number of historical architecture, museums and galleries. Here are the top rated places to visit. Let’s go!

  1. Montmartre

This is one of the most famous areas of Paris. All talented artists and musicians live here. Paintings are sold at every step, and for a small fee, artists can draw your portrait.

Montmartre is a hill and the highest point in Paris. At the top of the hill locate the Basilica of the Sacred Heart of Paris, also known as Sacré-Cœur Basilica, one of the most popular sights of French capital. You can get there by famous stairs or by funicular.

The Moulin Rouge located near Montmartre and it’s very conveniently. After day spending on Montmartre you can easily get to the cabaret in the evening and get rest watching beautiful show. But keep in mind that it’s better to buy tickets for dinner and show in advance, because of the great popularity of cabaret and high demand there may not be tickets at the box office.

3. Eiffel tower

This construction is probably the most recognizable in the world. Most of the souvenirs that tourists take out with them are tower-shaped statuettes.

Eiffel tower is metal construction in the center of Paris, named after the chief designer Gustave Eiffel. It was built in 1889. Interesting fact that tower was initially conceived as a temporary construction and served as the entrance arch for the Paris World Exhibition of 1889. But over time, the tower gained worldwide popularity and became one of the main attractions of Paris.

Nowadays the Eiffel Tower is the most visited and most photographed attraction in the world.
