What can I say about the Arabian Sea in the area of the southern Goa? It is soft, warm, a little unclear. But in fact there is no dirt and algae!
During our stay there was a light storm. In my memory, strong waves and wind twice swept away coastal cafes. But the indefatigable owners and their assistants in a short time restored the lost positions. As I understood this battle continues throughout the tourist season.
From the burning sun we usually hid by the fishing boat. The sea was so warm that we did not want to go ashore. The noise of the surf, the wind... and no one except us.
In the early days we decided to do nothing, to go nowhere ...
We just rested from problems, enjoyed the sea and the sun.
A separate word I want to say about the sunsets of the Arabian Sea. They are gorgeous
On the third day we decided to see something interesting. Contemplation is a kind of drug. We argued for a long time which vehicle to choose. As a result, stopped on the scooter.
We also defined the first destination - Old Goa. It was very interesting to see traces of Portuguese influence in India. We set out on our journey.
We discovered a new country for ourselves. One beautiful landscape was replaced by another...
...and by another...
...and another...
...second...third...
Probably there is no sense in explaining what the road traffic in India is like. I will say right away ... I was shocked by it.
At some point we started to overtake the bus. The driver on the left made a sharp maneuver and I lost control of the motorcycle. I was able to stay in the saddle, but lost the passenger from the back seat, my beautiful wife.
When I turned back, I saw blazing anger eyes...
to be continued ;-)
