An Afternoon and High Tide at Himchori Beach

An Afternoon and High Tide at Himchori Beach

December 2020 · 2 min read · Cox's Bazar

I do love visiting places, pandemic hold me about a year, and then I was just cannot hold myself and took the risk to visit places I have been before (be careful during any sort of outing and visiting, take proper protection against any sort of virus. Best is not to go out without emergency). It was a beautiful day we have reached the Himchori beach and just out to the car to watch a part of the beautiful sandy beach.

Each time I visited the beach- the Sea amazed me with its different views, I found the view changes frequently; every now and then.

The time we were at the beach of Himchori was already afternoon but, the sun still seems over the head. I never notice but after taking pictures of the Sun I found the dancing of the Sunlight in and around the Sun.

Bangladesh is a beautiful country and there are many beautiful places across the country, bay of Bengal covers the complete south side of the Country and there are many beautiful coastal areas to attract tourists based on the bay like Sundarbans, Kuakata, Nijhum Dwip, Patenga Beach.

The sea looks deep here! Kolatoli Beach which is considered the main beach is open and wide, that beach is like a desert curve by white sand and it goes few kilometers during a low tide. Himchori is deep from the start, at least it looks like and there are several huge sandbags to protect the bank.

This natural longest sandy beach is different at each point. Himchori is one of the most visited places as you could see the Sea from the top of the hill here, awesome view but couldn't able to go up this time due to short of time.

But I am happy to watch the dancing sunlight and high tide. I hope you like it too. It was a refreshment tour and most needed after lockdown.

Thanks for being with me.
