July 2020 · 2 min read · East Lindsey

...was an amazing experience. It was a beautiful evening we started our journey to a beautiful beach of North Sea. Actually we wanted to see the Sea so that our travelling activities increases and we could see new places. We just booked ticked online and rushed to the Train station at London Kings Cross.

Skegness is a beautiful seaside town on the Lincolnshire coast of North Sea and it was our destination.

Always love to watch the mark!

This is a popular tourist destination but we had no idea! It is still among the most popular holiday destination of United Kingdom.

Beautiful Clock tower, Pier, St Matthew's Church, St Paul's Baptist Church, Former Methodist Church will catch your eye in this small town.

I straight went to the retail park close to the beach as I was colder than we expected and needed to buy a warm cloth for me! Thought to swim in the water but had to buy a jacket instead!

The weather of September was cold and we only able to wet our feet as the water of North Sea was too cold to jump into. The first attraction was the £1 billion Lincs Wind Farm which is just eight kilometer offshore generate 270 MW electricity. These 100 meter wind hub looks even bigger from the shore.

Beautiful Sandy Beach

We found few people coming to the beach while the Sun started to be warmer but not that warm though. The Pier was empty in the early morning and we were just trying to warming ourselves with the football. The amazing thing is the sandy beach! We could notice the huge sandy beach and imagine the crowd during weekend and summer time of course.
