Hi there, my dear Steemians!
Here is my post today to the #MarketFriday, initiated by my dear Denise <3!
After a week off, it seems I don't post for this wonderful themed-challenge for a lifetime!
I'm in Bali for a long weekend. Bali is the paradise for shopaholics. Not that I am one, on the contrary, but I love to see beautiful things, and it seems that, every time I come, many more new shops opened, and the offer is huge!
I'm in Bali with my daughter and her best friend, who came to visit me in East Timor, and I went shopping with them, so I took the opportunity to make some photos of the shops and goods. Not that I would need it, as the shops are literally everywhere!
Shops are appealing, at least as much as the goods they sell: clothes, shoes, homeware, decoration, jewelry, art, etc. Just check out!
Goods are original, at least I've never seen them in other places, and the prices, although expensive, are affordable due to the low rate of the Indonesian rupiah when compared to US dollars or EURO.
And they are beautiful! Well displayed at the stores, colorful and exquisite, it's really difficult to resist to enter and have a look, even if only to get some refreshment, as all the stores have aircon, so we can escape from the hot and humid weather outside.
And then, we also have the chance to see some of the mood of Bali in between, as there are little Hindhu temples and local people on our way, all the time!
Here are the girls, with some shopping bags already. My daughter bought a bikini and some outfits really original and at a good price!
Her friend was after some souvenirs, as it's her first time in Bali.
I just end my post with some more photos of the stores and the beautiful and original pieces we can see every step we take.
