One day I saw a wonderful stone town. It was during my trip to the village of Pylypets of Transcarpathian region to the famous Shipit waterfall. The road was at the mountain of Bistroy River, among the High Carpathian Mountains. Cascades of water are beautifully falling, forming small waterfalls. Many small rapid flows are running from the mountains and fall into a big river, increasing its strength.
We moved through a wooden flexible bridge, which is a colorful part of a trip to the mountains, giving us an unforgettable enjoy our stay over water.
When we moved through the bridge, we suddenly saw amazing buildings. We approached closer and saw that this is a real city built from a stone on the river bank.
On one large stone there was an inscription: the city of the stone, built without a glue, founded on 08/06/2018.
There were so many big and small houses out there that in a strange way kept and didn't fall! They were erected on stumps and among stones. And also there were ships made of wood, filled with small stones inside, too, apparently so that they would not be torn down by water and wind.

We really took many cool photos about this stone art. And then we are waiting for the road up to one of the most powerful waterfalls of Transcarpathia.
On the northern slopes of the Polonina Borzhava, where Mount Gemba rises, among the steep cliffs and forests lies the Shipot waterfall. Sometimes, only a frantic roar of water can suggest that there is a stream nearby with a picturesque waterfall.
We learned about it from friends who travel to this village every year to pick blueberries from the bushes and feel this wild energy of falling water from above. And about this exciting opportunity I will talk about next time.
