The process of the coffee beans: the green and the Arabic one. They are selected and picked manually. The selection occured before the process of pulping the coffee bean. The stone fruit (drupa) and its process of maturation.
The most popular blend is the Arabic one which is found in Asia, Africa and America they have a flat extended shape with soft smells and taste.

If we are talking about Italy a remind goes also to the "Espresso" a drink which consists on a combination between coffee beans toasted and grinded and made by a specific machine (Espresso machine). It was born here in Turin thanks to a chocolate maker Angelo Moriondo . He displayed the first Expresso machine during the General Expo in 1884 in Turin. It was the first one and it was so successful that he won a bronze medal.
Why the name Espresso ? At that time a local newspaper (Gazzetta Piemontese) that Espresso machine were able to make 10 cups in 2 minutes and 300 cups in one hour. Now it is easily to realize the reason why such exhibition occurred here and not somewhere else in Italy.
