Luckily Oshino Hakkai not far away, and it had convenient store like Lawson. Soon we chose a few delicious lunch box, about 500 - 600 Yen for adult portion and kids meal around 400 Yen.

After purchased the lunch box, we drove to find a place for us to eat. Soon, we found a spacious open car park, so we stopped over.

After got down, we noticed there was a shelter so we walked in and looked like a perfect place for lunch, luckily not many people that time. There was garden and a pond around the booth, the fishes looked like salmon.

After lunch, we packed and cleaned up, so we walked towards the village of Oshino Hakkai. The sun was bright and hot, the path was filled with golden ray of light, even my eyes hardly opened. But the breeze was chilling, which made me feel comfortable.

In the village there were many local products shops, many selling fruits which labelled self grown. Common fruits were grapes, peaches, pears etc. And many types of dried fruits, there was one shop generously let tourists taste their fresh peach, they were very fresh and sweet. 500 Yen for 4, the price was reasonable so we bought it!

Oshino Hakkai was a place with 8 natural ponds around Mt Fuji, the stream was filled with water from Mt Fuji. Here the scenery was like a nice piece of drawing, there was farm, pond, range of mountain. But Mt Fuji still hiding behind the thick cloud watching us.

At one of the pond, we can even put our hand to feel the icy cold mountain water, within one minute we already can feel our hand was numb and frozen.

On the way back to the car park, there were stream of pond scattered around, while we were enjoyed this natural view we still hope that what if we were able to see the Mt Fuji, it would be so perfect.

Well, since we could not see Mt Fuji from the bottom, we decided to head towards Mt Fuji, I believe we should able to view it this time.
