So today as it was a public holiday, we decided to visit a national park found in the north eastern part of Mauritius...40 minutes drive from my place!
Bras D'eau National Park Mauritius!
I have always heard and seen photos of this amazing place...and today was finally the time for me to experience it!
We spent a bit more than 3 hours at Bras D'eau and was definitely worth it!
The area of the park is covered with a rich fauna and flora! If you are a nature lover and love a nice healthy walk in the calm and beautiful forest...then you have to visit this place!
Nature Trail...
After packing our bags, we started our walk...everything is well organized with clear signage everywhere around the trail.
Simply amazing nature...enjoy the beauty!!!
You will find different labels and signage around when hiking...this is something very important when walking for long in the forest areas.
Enjoy the nature around...
The kids had so much fun!!!
Place to eat and enjoy the settings...
You can find tables and chairs like these at some different places around the park...very practicable indeed!
I will end this post with 2 more photos...one from the outside of this well and one from inside...
This is also found at Bras D'eau along with some other old ruins/buildings...ohhh there's a lot to discover over there...one post won't be enough!
I will write some more posts on this visit we did at Bras D'eau today as I took a real lot of photos and I seen many other things more that I will have to share with you all...
