My first buffet in the year my partner and I went chose bai Hotel in Mandaue Cebu since we were happy during our dine here. This hotel opened a year ago and already received 4.5 rating with 445 reviews on TripAdvisor and 8.6 rating with 649 reviews on Agoda.

They had over 445 reservation during Christmas and they had a long line waiting at the lobby so we decided instead of going on the New Year's Eve special we went on the next day and this time to come early as we weren't able to book a reservation because our telephone is broken.

We invited my partner's uncle and his girlfriend, my friend @bonjovey to join us for dinner. There was no traffic at all going to the hotel so we arrived ten minutes before their restaurant opens and was able to get the first table!

The buffet offered different type of cuisine from Filipino, Japanese, Chinese, Indian, French, Greek, Italian, Mediterranean, and American. So far, everything on my plate was very appetizing. At 950 pesos rate, for me, it's the money just make sure you have enough room in your belly for five plates. =D

The desserts were really delicious, I had to grab a small plate before I got stuffed with some proteins. I really enjoyed the bread pudding, fruit tart and the yule log cake (a traditional cake served in some countries during the holidays).

I'll never say no to pizza! I love they use a brick oven to bake the pizza, I thought it's a clever idea.

They have unlimited carbonated drinks which I was amazed because this is the first buffet that offered unlimited sodas, lol! They also have coffee, black tea, different juices, and of course cold and warm water.
