Hello friends! Today I want to share with you a recipe that I made at home during these days of quarantine. It is very simple and delicious, as well as healthy. Here goes the step by step.

¡Hola amigos! Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes una receta que realicé en casa durante estos días de cuarentena. Es muy sencilla y deliciosa, además de saludable. Aquí va el paso a paso.

Ingredients:
1 chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 green pepper
1 onion
1 chive branch
5 garlic cloves
5 sweet peppers
Vegetable oil
Soy sauce
Ground oregano
Salt to taste

Ingredientes:
1 Pechuga de pollo
1 pimentón rojo
1 pimentón verde
1 cebolla
1 rama de cebollín
5 dientes de ajo
5 ajíes dulces
Aceite vegetal
Salsa de soya
Orégano molido
Sal al gusto

Preparation:

  • Boil the chicken breast, let it cool and shred it.
  • Chop the peppers, onion, sweet peppers and chives in julienne or squares.
  • Peel and crush the garlic
  • Sauté the ingredients until they are transparent.
  • Add the shredded chicken breast.
  • Season with salt, oregano and soy sauce to your liking.
  • Stir constantly until all ingredients are done.
  • Serve with rice and enjoy with your family.

  • Hierve la pechuga de pollo, deja reposar y desméchala.
  • Pica los pimentones, la cebolla, los ajíes y el cebollín en juliana o cuadros.
  • Pela y machaca los ajos
  • Sofríe los aliños hasta que estén transparentes.
  • Agrega la pechuga desmechada.
  • Sazona con la sal, el orégano y la salsa de soya a tu gusto.
  • Remueve constantemente hasta que todos los ingredientes estén en su punto.
  • Sírvelo acompañado de arroz y disfruta en familia.
