Special Fish Grilled on Paper
We discovered this restaurant last weekend when we were looking for a place to celebrate our Anniversary.
We have never seen fish grilled on paper before.
A Grilled Pan
There is a grilled pan in front of us.
We needed to heat up the pan.
Wrapped Fish in Paper
Then the waiter brought the wrapped fish in paper and he put it on the grilled pan.
Quite neat eh?
They let the fish get heated up here for about 10 minutes.
At this time, we odered some vegetables to go with the fish.
We can now hear the sizzling sound inside the fish.
Grilled Fish Opens Up
The waitress came over to open the fish wrapping paper.
Yummy yummy!
Can you smell the fish?
I can.
The fish is in red pepper sauce.
They taste good with this spicy sauce. We ordered medium spicy only.
Fish cooks with veggies and noodles
Putting the noodles in there is excellent as it absorbs the sauce of the hot fish sauce.
This fish is now ready for us to eat!!!
This tastes so good.
Our Anniversary Dinner
What makes this dinner so special is that we are celebrating our anniversary tonight.
We took our time to slowly eat the fish and the veggies.
There is no need to rush because the evening is all yours.
We spent about 3 hours eating in this place.
It was so memorable. We were able to use our mobile phone to recall back great memories and even have pictures of our wedding day.
So nostalgic!
Grilled Fish Restaurant
I recommend this restaurant of the week!
It is our first time here!
But for sure we will come back here again.
This doesn't look like a very high class place but the food is super high class!
Great Family Restaurant
This is a great restaurant for a family of 4.
I took a picture of the empty table next to us.
All the dish, cups and plates are all wrapped in plastics. This is a very clean place.
Utensils are there for you to use to cook your fish.
After dinner
When we finish the dinner, this is what the grilled pan looks like:
Only fish bones left with left over spices.
Good Price
This dinner cost us about US$30 only. It is a great place to spend with your hubby, especially when it is your anniversary date.
The environment is quiet.
The music is quiet.
The service is great.
