Graffiti alley is an amazing place to visit if you love colour explosion and art. Its a bit relaxing too. And its free. 😁
There’s nothing to rush about. Just grab your camera and stride through those alleys admiring the beauty of colours.
A few weeks ago I paid a visit to Toronto’s very own graffiti alley. Its about 1km stretch of alley with all the buildings and walls dipped in colours one after the other. Also heard that it was a means to show support to the street art. They keep on changing the paintings everytime, so I won’t bother taking a walk everytime I am nearby 😁.
There was not much rush. Maybe not many people are aware of it or they are busy in other more famous ‘must see places’ of Toronto.
Every one was particularly fond of this wall and took efforts to climb up and sit on the window (2nd photo below)😁. Ofcourse ,why not? It will make a gorgeous backdrop for your instagram pictures. I did crawl up too after a bit of struggling. And am definitely gonna make one of this my phone screen saver or cover page for fb. Just loved the colour combinations here.
I suppose there are other graffiti alleys in Toronto. This one was at Fashion District, Spadina. Hoping to visit the other too.
Everyone was taking advantage of the beautiful creativity. A bunch of people were shooting some kind of shortfilm too.
What do you think about the art? Do comment your views 😁
