The classic 1930's tram 28

Last week we stayed in Lisbon, Portugal for two nights. A city that has a great atmosphere with more sights (and stairs) than you could ever possibly explore! To give our sore legs a break from these stairs while still taking in the view, we decided to catch a tram. But not just any tram - tram 28!

As one of the ‘must do’ tourist attractions, this tram runs through the narrow, twisted and steep streets of Lisbon bringing passengers from one side of the city to the other. And we can certainly say the journey between is all but boring!

We took the tram from the first stop, Martin Moniz, all the way to the last stop, Campo Orique and if it had have gone on longer we would stayed sitting! Along the way we saw some of the prettiest views of the streets of Lisbon, sometimes so narrow that it was surprising it fit. We often had the feeling we were on a rollercoaster rather than a tram while we squealed and rattled around the corners. Definitely an experience we recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

This video was made with a GoPro HERO 7 black. Please let us know if you have any tips or suggestions. We would love to get better at shooting and editing. Enjoy the video - there is more to come!
