#1 Lera Cave on the Vardies Mountain

When @for91days spent their first night at Stavos in Greece they saw a light halfway up the mountain opposite their accommodation. The next day they found out it was a cave church and went on a little exploration trip. It was short 30 min walk up the path and the view from the cave was beautiful. You can go inside the cave, but first of all you have to step on a carpet of goat poop, which apparently is quite fun. Well, I never guys! After admiring the views up at the caves, they took another path back down the mountain, which is not as spectacular coming up, but nonetheless very nice.

#2 The Tall Mask - The amazing Stilt Dance of Côte d’Ivoire

@joythewanderer is in Ivory Coast. The highlight of her trip was at Silakoro where she made pre arrangements to see a traditional Stilt Dance. There are four parts to the dance. The first is performed by the grown up men, the second by the most beautiful women from the village, the third was a solo dance by a guy who seems quite important as he's wearing the most superior mask. And finally is The Tall Mask, which is performed on stilts. That is a really awesome dance especially when he does a few spins on a single stilt. You really need to watch that. In fact is was so good that @joythewanderer couldn't resist joining in herself.

#3 Island hopping from Gili T to Gili Meno [Dtube Perfspots]

Our last featured post is from @prefspots who went island hopping in Indonsesia. He's going from Gili Trawangan to the neighbor island Gili Meno. His starts his journey with a horse drawn carriage ride from his hotel. He stops off for breakfast first before catching the boat across to the other island. There are no porter services here and be prepared to trek into the sea carrying your own luggage to board the boat. It's the same when he arrives at Gili Meno, he had to trek across the beach with his luggage. It seems that horse drarwn carriages are the main form of transport on these islands, which actually isn't a bad idea as they are more enviromentally friendly than cars plus you get a great view of the surroundings in the open carriage.
