Gaya Street Flea Market in Kota Kinabalu Town , Sabah

September 2021 · 2 min read · Malaysia

Everyone love flea . I think flea market is the best place to go shopping. You can find a lot variety of item. Some of them you ll never found in regular shop , or the price will be a lot expensive if you found it at any shop.

Another reason i love flea market is instead of buying stuff from big franchise and company ,we can help local entrepreneurs buy buying direct from them. It was much fun to buy from them because you can hear a lot of stories from them about those item . It is just because that was their passion .

This is one of my favourite local flea market at Gaya Street , Kota Kinabalu , Sabah , Malaysia. It ll open every Sunday morning until afternoon around 1200. The seller will start preparing as early as 0300 in the morning. They ll sleep near their shop before the sunrise. Everyone can sell anything at the flea market , but to get space you have fight for first come first serve .
