Manop : Morning Tom , lets have some breakfast
Me : Sure , thank you. What we have today?
Manop : I ll make home made jam for the bread . I just buy the strawberry early this morning.
Me : OMG , how early is that?
Manop : Maybe 3 am.

Trust me , this is the best jam i have in my life .

Today , we will visit one of local Muay Thai Dojo. Muay Thai also know as "Thai boxing" . According to them , this dojo has produce a lot of Thai Champion. They teach all the fighter from their childhood and make Muay Thai as their way of living.
