Hello Steemitverse!
How are you guys today?
This time I will take you to my trip to Manila.
I decided to ride on the bus rather than to drive 4 to 5 hours from Lucena to Manila, considering the heavy traffic, looking for parking space and exhausting road condition in the city.
As expected, it was heavy traffic in Buendia-Makati area. Just few meters away from the bus station where I need to ride a taxi going to the Condotel as our accommodation.
The weather was favorable in this sunny afternoon, getting a taxi was easy and road was clear as the sky above.
Hotel Lobby
We reached our hotel just on time for the check-in, at Shell Residences in Pasay City.
It is not our first time to be here, itโs actually our second time to booked this place through Airbnb for so many good reasons ๐ค๐ค.
First, the LOCATION... Shell Residences is located at the center of Pasay City just 15 minutes away close to the Airport and erected within the Mall of Asia Complex which means you are only few steps away from different stablishments around, just name it! ๐๐
This time our unit was found at the 15th floor, best area to capture the the whole building in birdโs-eye view.
The second thing I liked much in this place was the value for money. ๐ค This one bedroom condotel was only about 50 USD per night good for 2-4 persons, we are three so we have enough space to move around.
With this cozy living area that magically turns into another bedroom at night, by simply converting the sofa into a double bed. ๐ค๐ค
Also, the unit was fully furnished with complete untensils and free toiletries that give a homey feels of our stay.
And you will be greeted by this scene in the balcony, overlooking elegant landscape and its architectural design.

Lastly, what I loved about this particular place was the vibes of being in a different country or something... I donโt know hahaha but with the coconut trees around, the inviting water in pool and everything was so refreshing to think that I am in the midst of the crowded city.
This was rated 5 stars for me ๐๐ผโญ๏ธ and kudos to our superhost at Airbnb, the place was 100% accurate on the photos posted on the site.
Just some little tips if youโre planning to book at Airbnb; gotta find the listings with the superhost, plan/book ahead of time like 2 weeks before the travel dates to get the best deal and lots of choices that will fit for your budget and standards, and read some reviews of your choices for heads up. ๐๐
So, I guess its a wrap hope you enjoy reading my tour/review with our accommodation but it's just the first part of my Manila trip with my favorite travel buddies @meetmysuperego and @youngblogger24 more will be coming soon, after a day or two.
