Hello friend, another Friday and today I present the last pleasures of these Christmas parties.
They are not suitable for diabetics sorry for what you are.
I am very sweet, I love sweets and our streets are filled with them.
The windows show the nougat that although they are not from my region if they are universal.
Rich nougat of almond, sugar and honey.

We only taste them in winter when the holidays appear on the horizon and last until they run out in mid-January, then disappear until another year.
They are normally made in jijona Alicante and are experts of many centuries.
A delight for the palate.

Then we have the Churrerías.

They put their stalls when winter starts, with the cold fancy some churros and a cup of hot chocolate.

As you can see they are very popular and there are large queues to please the palate.

Churros are a dough of flour and water fried and rich olive oil and then sprinkled with sugar.

For Monday, which is the day of kings, it is tradition to eat the roscón de Reyes.

He comes with a small figurine inside and we have a tradition that touches the figurine pays the roscón, no matter what it touches you, protests between laughs and complaints but it is a great pleasure to touch you since it is a familiar moment and happy.
