Hidden Valley Wave Pool Resort | Summer Time Suggestion

Hidden Valley Wave Pool Resort | Summer Time Suggestion

May 2018 · 2 min read

Since summer is here now, people are now planning to cool off the rising temperature. Which means, people will flock the beaches and pool resorts. So now Im going to give you an idea where you will be away from the crowded beaches these days.

Last year with my work mates we traveled from Cebu City to Lamac,Pinamungajan (Southern part of Cebu) to experience their local attraction, the WAVE POOL. Yes, a wave pool. It is located in the mountains of Pinamungajan and its main attraction is its wave pool, which is a first in the entire island of Cebu. Perfect for barkadas, whole families, and young kids.

The waves are created by an air blower powered by a generator and come in thirty-minute intervals. Guests can expect the waves to come after a boat horn blares out a warning. When this happens, teens and adults typically run out to meet the waves.

They also have a Mountain Resort Pool.

And the Infinity Pool or Raging River.

  • They have a Zipline and Sky Bike for only 200/person.
  • For those who want an overnight stay, they have 45 rooms with various sizes and capacities (single, family, dormitory).
  • They have 4 function halls for corporate meetings and seminars, conferences, and others.
  • They also have a venue that can accommodate up to 300 person for parties and celebrations like debuts, weddings, team buildings, and others.

Corkage:

Take a bus from Cebu South Terminal to Pinamungajan (via Naga Uling Road, must ask the conductor to make sure you'll have the short route.) After reaching the municipality, ask a habal-habal driver to take you there (fare may vary).
