Earn 6% Interest on your BTC through BlockFi: How to Register, Review & Referral Code

December 2020 · 3 min read · The Philippines

What is BlockFi?

BlockFi is a platform where you earn interest by lending your BTC, other cryptocurrencies, even gold and US dollars. I know there's a lot of sketchy platforms in the crypto space but we have tried and tested BlockFi, it's one of the few crypto lending platforms that we trust.

It is backed by the Winklevoss twins (most would be familiar with them from the movie Social Network) and their exchange Gemini, among other big investors. It is also US-regulated so you do not have to worry that they'll just disappear.

2020 Holiday Promo

I'm sharing this now because they have a holiday promo. They usually give $10 (in BTC) in referrals but they are now giving away $50 in BTC for signing up and in return I get $25 in BTC. This promo is only until 31 Dec 2020.

For transparency:

  1. Using my link below would mean I earn $25 and you earn $50, or enter referral code 6cfd36cc

  2. You will only earn the $50 referral bonus if you have at least $350 equivalent in BTC in your BlockFi account and you have to maintain this balance until 31 Jan 2021. You can withdraw that afterwards with no withdrawal fees (unless you want to earn the 6% interest then you can maintain that BTC in BlockFi)

  3. We will be paid the referral bonus on 15 Feb 2021 if the above conditions are metI'm recommending this to friends who are already familiar with cryptocurrencies, otherwise, you have to study about it first (to avoid losing your money and scams!).Merry Christmas and wishing you a prosperous 2021!

If you find my blog after 31 Dec 2020, that's okay. You still get $10 referral bonus for using my promo or referral code.
