Not so long ago, I had a chance to dine in at this Japanese Restaurant 'Tae's Edo' in a small little town (not that small) called 'Boulder Creek' and yes! I wrote a nice long post about it.
Fortunately, we ( @trinityandgrow and I ) hadn't filmed and made a video about it first time we're there so we had an excuse to go back so soon and yes! created a video!

Kapa-Fantasy Roll
in: tuna, salmon, yellowtail, crab meat
out: wrapped with cucumber (no rice)
This one, I actually found it a bit weird as I'm so used to eating sushi with RICE! Though, this is such a good change and it's pretty healthy and refreshing!
Hot Night Roll
in: shrimp tempura, crab meat, cucumber
out: spicy tuna
For this one, instead of the shrimp tails at the end, not much special.. Still very delicious though not much special :)
Yami Yami Roll
in: yellowtail
out: tuna, salmon, scallop, mixed w/ spicy sauce (deep fried)
OMG!!! This is the killer rolls. We're kinda not too sure what to order so we asked our waitress. Good choice and I just couldn't explain how yummy it was. Yami Yami was super yummy!
